Following the style of local San Francisco artist Rex Ray, each student arranged tear-drop shaped paper along lines on the canvas. The children worked in small groups, choosing their favorite colors and patterns to create these 2 pairs of collages. The pieces were made of glossy magazine paper on acrylic on canvas, finished with a glossy varnish. (Reds)
