Step 1: The Foundation Course — 6 Days

Each of the 6 days is broken into 2 sessions: the morning session consists of a 50-question MBE-style test on a Multistate topic, and the afternoon session breaks down the morning's practice test question by question, providing important tips, strategies, and techniques for improving your performance on the MBE. Each day covers a separate MBE topic:

The Final Review Course — 3 Days

Day 1: Trial Run MBE
The trial run is a simulated Multistate Bar Examination administered under test-like conditions. This exam is updated annually and includes the most highly represented and most challenging areas of the law. Constructed by our expert law faculty to incorporate the most up-to-date MBE trends, the trial run gives you the most current and representative test experience available.

Taking the 6-hour exam under simulated test conditions gives you the invaluable opportunity to experience the pressures of the MBE—you'll not only get experience on the tested content, but also practice for endurance and stamina to help maximize performance on the actual bar exam.

Days 2 and 3: The Intensive MBE Review
We think these are the 2 most important days of your entire bar preparation! A substantive review analyzes the previous day's practice exam, highlighting the fine-line distinctions and nuances of the relevant points of law. Along the way, our instructors provide important step-by-step strategies and techniques for improving your Multistate performance. You'll also get tips on how to manage the final weeks and days leading up to exam day—and what to do on—game day—itself!
