Description
27.5" x 40.5" x 1.5" unique archival pigment print on canvas. This unique print is from a new series emphasizing the distortion of motion and the properties of Tessellations and kaleidoscopic optical pattern enhancement.
Clay McGlamory has taught printmaking and design courses for ODU as an Adjunct Assistant Professor since 1999 and has taught printmaking and book arts for the Governor's School for the Arts since 1994. Clay has had 12 solo exhibitions including The White Canvas Gallery in Richmond, Virginia in 2006 and The Contemporary Art Center of Virginia in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2005. His work has been included in over 120 national and international juried and invitational exhibitions and has won awards for printmaking and mixed media works. Clay is an active, participating member of the Southern Graphics Council and the American Print Alliance. He has given workshops in a variety of media, worked as a master printer, completed commissioned site-specific installations, curated exhibitions and organized print portfolios that have been exhibited in venues across the country and are in national collections.

This item will be available for pick-up at our auction's closing celebration, to be held at Richard Stravitz Sculpture (1217 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach) on Sunday, Dec. 7 from 1:00-5:00 pm. If not picked up in person, the item will be mailed to the winning bidder no later than Wednesday, Dec. 10. Packing and shipping charges (with signature and insurance) will be added to the winning bid.
