Description
Vivid 11" x 14" acrylic painting by artist Gloria Coker.
Coker's work has been displayed at prominent venues throughout Hampton Roads, including Chrysler Hall, Christopher Newport University, and the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters. In 2001 her work was chosen for the Norfolk Harborfest poster and the brochure cover for the 2001 season of the Virginia Symphony. In 2007 she had solo shows at This Century Gallery, Williamsburg, Va, and Chasen Gallery, Richmond, Va. Sony recently selected a jazz painting for the CD cover "Modern Jazz Classics".
Special Instructions
This item will be available for pick-up at our auction's closing celebration, to be held at Richard Stravitz Sculpture (1217 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach) on Sunday, Dec. 7 from 1:00-5:00 pm. If not picked up in person, the item will be mailed to the winning bidder no later than Wednesday, Dec. 10. Packing and shipping charges (with signature and insurance) will be added to the winning bid.
