This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath old-style beach cottage, sleeps six comfortably and offers all of the updates: washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD, HVAC, etc. Enjoy coffee on the balcony, walks on the beach, and toasting the sunset.
Refundable deposit of $200 will be required.
Special Instructions
This item will be available for pick-up at our auction's closing celebration, to be held at Richard Stravitz Sculpture (1217 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach) on Sunday, Dec. 7 from 1:00-5:00 pm. If not picked up in person, the item will be mailed to the winning bidder no later than Wednesday, Dec. 10. Packing and shipping charges (with signature and insurance) will be added to the winning bid.
