Five one hour sessions, to include one fitness evaluation and four training sessions, all in the comfort and privacy of your own home!
Training sessions combine flexibility, toning, cardio and strength training exercises designed to meet your special health and fitness needs.
Services will be provided only in Virginia Beach, and are to be completed by March 31, 2009.
Elena Viada is the owner of Atlantis Personal Training, LLC and specializes in clients over 50, but can work with any age. Elena is a AAFA certified trainer, and has over 20 years of experience in fitness, yoga pilates, dance and martial arts. Elena believes no special room or equipment is needed. "We exercise right in your living room, family room, stairs or porch, using free weights, mats, bands and Swiss fitness balls."
Special Instructions
This item will be available for pick-up at our auction's closing celebration, to be held at Richard Stravitz Sculpture (1217 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach) on Sunday, Dec. 7 from 1:00-5:00 pm. If not picked up in person, the item will be mailed to the winning bidder no later than Wednesday, Dec. 10. Packing and shipping charges (with signature and insurance) will be added to the winning bid.
