Rochioli Vineyards has definitely earned its place in the pantheon of stellar winemaking. Year after year, wines coming from the Rochioli vineyards rank at the top of virtually every wine lover’s wish list.

The 161-acre Rochioli vineyard is exceptional. When one combines great vineyards with great farming practices, the obvious result is great wine grapes, and exceptional wines. The Rochioli’s still sell some of their grapes to other noted Pinot Noir winemakers. Currently, Tom Rochioli makes about 10,000 cases of estate wine per year. Most wine lovers would certainly appreciate having more of these outstanding wines available for their tables and cellars.

J. Rochioli Chardonnay River Block.
Made from a blend of the Wente and Hanzell clones, it offers up aromas of honeyed hazelnuts, smoky, leesy, brioche characteristics, tropical fruit, and buttered citrus, superb structure and definition, and a blockbuster finish. Enjoy it over the next 4-5 years.

J. Rochioli Chardonnay South River Block
Yellow-gold. Leesy, nutty aromas of pear, nectarine and white flowers. Very fresh and concentrated, with powerful tangerine and pear flavors braced by zesty acidity. Picks up a strong spice note on the long, energetic finish. This is all Hanzell clone.
