Colleen Sullivan has lived and worked in the Bay Area for close to fifteen years. Originally from Canada, she has been painting, drawing and printmaking since she left her art training at the University of Concordia in Montreal. Her art studio is located at Cubberley Center in Palo Alto.

Her work has a playful, fresh sense of originality, especially when it comes to figurative art. Working in themes, this particular painting has a dancing rhythm that is echoed in the movement of the brushwork itself. The medium used here is black ink and wash on paper. Size: 18” x 24” (unframed.)
