Cantata Singers’ own Kumi Donaghue will lead you through the art of preparing Japanese cuisine!  First, Kumi will guide you through the Japanese marketplace in Porter Square, Cambridge, and acquaint you with the variety of ingredients you’ll need for your own personalized cooking class. Then, she’ll teach you to prepare such delicacies as maki-sushi or tempura.
