Winner entitled to enroll two chefs in the "Eat your own Biosphere"class.

This eggstreme hands-on demo class teaches children about sustainable living as well as cooking.  Children create their own mini-herb garden inside of egg shells.  Mean while, the professional chefs stir up a delicious dish featuring the same fresh, organically grown herbs for kids to sample.  Recipes incorporating their herbs are provided.
