Think ahead to spring and summer ‘09, when you can introduce yourself and a buddy to sea kayaking at Lincoln Park Boat Club in Chicago, the city’s best resource for recreational and competitive paddling and rowing sports, with access to the calm, protected water of Lincoln Park and the open lake. You’ll enjoy a 4-hour class that covers basic boating equipment, proper techniques for self and assisted rescues as well as paddle strokes. Small classes assure personal attention.
