The casita being auctioned is located in Nopolo, a lovely planned development that is five kilometers south of the airport and seven kilometers from downtown Loreto.  The casita sleeps six comfortably, is beautifully decorated, and has access to a lovely pool and outdoor barbeque area next door.  Guests must take a cab from the airport to the casita, but will have access to a car during their visit.

Within Nopolo are a beautiful golf course; a tennis coliseum with 12 fine courts; and a beachfront hotel that, for $5.00 US a day, guests receive pool, beach and health club access, and a cocktail.

Major airlines fly directly into Loreto on a regularly scheduled basis from LAX, San Francisco and Houston.
