Sometimes, a huge health club is not what we ladies want for fitness!  At Inside Out Fitness, their approach is different:  small women-only class sizes, two instructors for optimal attention, and camaraderie among clients.  And another unique feature:  on beautiful days when you want to be outside, you will!  Classes are held at either a fitness center or outdoors at area parks, weather permitting.  This package includes a One Month Pass, 4 Personal Training Sessions for up to 4 people, a $50 gift certificate to Lululemon Athleta, and a gift bag of workout essentials:  hand weights, resistance band, and a water bottle.

Training sessions can take place in the winner's own home or in the Glenview home of the trainer.
