Coach Hutchins of the Michigan Softball team has generously donated the opportunity for your son or daughter to serve as the Bat Boy or Girl for a Michigan Softball game on Saturday May 2, 2009 when the Michigan Wolverines battle the Iowa Hawkeyes in Ann Arbor. Your child be on the field with the team during batting practice and will sit on the bench during the game and retrieve bats after every at-bat. The package also includes two tickets to the game so the Bat Boy/Girl can have friends or family be there for the day. The Bat Boy/Girl must be between 8 and 16 years of age. If the May 2nd game is rained out, the winning bidder will work the game on Sunday May 3rd instead.
