Travel packages are non-refundable and subject to availability. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Hotel and air certificates may be used at other locations in the same category. Travel is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
AIR
The airline used will be determined by the best routing for your geographic location. A 7 or 14 day advance airline reservation is required. Airport taxes and fees are the responsibility of the passenger. Flights may not be upgraded with miles. If United is used, a Saturday night stay is required and the following 2008 blackout dates apply: Jan 1-3, Mar 20-24, Nov 25-30, Dec 20-25, Dec 30-Jan 3.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to read the conditions, restrictions, black out dates and limitations of this item. They can not be waived or changed. Except where noted, the vouchers are good for one year following the date of purchase. There are no exchanges or refunds on travel purchases. It is up to the purchaser to make the travel arrangements once travel vouchers are received by them. The Cultural Council does not make the arrangements for the purchaser.
If air fare is included in your package, the airline vouchers may be transferred to another party or be used separately (not with the package), with the limitations, restrictions, and blackout dates above.
