Terms and Conditions
Travel packages are non-refundable and subject to availability. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Reservations must be made at least 45 days in advance of travel. Award must be redeemed within 24 months from date of issue.
Special Instructions
It is the responsibility of the bidder to read the conditions, restrictions, black out dates and limitations of this item. They can not be waived or changed. Except where noted, the vouchers are good for one year following the date of purchase. There are no exchanges or refunds on travel purchases. It is up to the purchaser to make the travel arrangements once travel vouchers are received by them. The Cultural Council does not make the arrangements for the purchaser.
If air fare is included in your package, the airline vouchers may be transferred to another party or be used separately (not with the package), with the limitations, restrictions, and blackout dates above. If your package does not include air fare and you would like to include it, please email: ccirc@gmail.com to obtain a price quote.
