The multi-talented Suzan Phillips created "The Wall" for the Cultural Council's Inspired Art- A Magical Journey Through Oriental Rugs, which paired an exquiisite rug from Falasiri Oriental Rugs with each artist and the artists were inspired to create a work of art in a medium of their choice.

Ms. Phillip's "The Wall"is a photography collage measuring 31" by "31" and is framed. It was inspired by a Pictorial Kerman Wool rug from Iran, circa 1900.

"The Wall" is currently on display in the window of the office of the Cultural Council.

Ms. Phillips,a former actress, is well known local artist.  She is also the receipient of the Cultural Council of Indian River's 2008 Laurel Award for Volunteerism.
