About the Artist

Barbara Landry is a landscape artist creating works with the palette of a colorist. This bold use of color compliments the realistic beauty which is the pure fabric of the compositions. In her words: "By observing my environment, I have learned to respect the simplistic visual that is nature's gift.  As a landscape artist, I am equally challenged whether I paint a local tropical landscape or a piazza in Italy.  In addition to landscapes my second passion remains still life painting."
