Winterhurst Ice Skating Rink is getting a major overhaul making it one of the "coolest" places to party! Hoover Arena, owned and operated by Ice Land USA, proudly announces the Grand Re-Opening of Winterhurst Ice Rink on Thursday September 4, 2008.  From 5pm to 10pm there will be a free open skate, pizza, pop and giveaways all open to the public, not just to Lakewood residents. It will showcase new boards, glass, arena ceiling, lighting, locker rooms a cafe' and lobby area.  This will provide exciting opportunities for new and old customers to again enjoy a Class A ice skating facility.

To help you become reacquainted, Winterhust is donating a fabulous "Summer Bash" Ice Skating Party. This will include 2 hours of PRIVATE ice time for you and ALL your friends as there is NO LIMIT on the number of guests! That means you get the whole rink just to yourselves! Skate rental is included as is pizza and pop! This has got to be one of the most unique and fun ways to "chill out" during the heat of the summer as bookings are limited to June or July of 2009.
