Antonio Cagnolo (owner of Antonello, Nello’s Cucina, and Quattro Caffé and known for Orange County’s best Italian food). Private, six course meal in-home culinary experience for eight prepared by Quattro Caffe’s executive Chef Miriam Ramirez  and sous chef Ashanti Rogers, with fine wines presented by Sommelier Dennis Silva. Quattro will take care of everything - from the plates to the pasta to the pinot!  From set up to clean up to everything in between - even floral arrangements.  And what would a fine Italian meal be without fine wine?  Sommelier Dennis Silva will present each course by an outstanding selection of Italian and California wines.  Vocalists from the Opera & Choral Conservatory will entertain and delight.
