You don't have to try to jump in a box car to ride the Kentucky rails - It's so much easier! 

All you need to do is chug on down to New Haven, Kentucky and visit the Kentucky Railway Museum.  Your train excursion is a 22 mile round trip on historic tracks through the Rolling Fork River Valley.   These tracks have seen Civil war attacks, carried machines and soldiers during WWII, and have helped the citizens of Kentucky in many different ways.
