Winning bidder will services to fix and restore any picture up to 8x10 with moderate damage (scratches, creases, holes in background, faded color / image, exposure etc.).    This is also good for one scan of a negative or slide and print a 5x7 photo from it, with again, moderate touchups to the photo / negative. This includes a print of your restored photo (up to 8X10), and a disk of the digital file that was printed.
