Jenni Schaefer and Thom Rutledge co-author an amazing story of how one woman, Jenni Schaefer, found the strength and encouragement to separate herself from “Ed” and begin again on her own.  Readers are guided through Schaefer’s struggle using Rutledge’s suggested technique to view her eating disorder as a separate, abusive, being whom she could “divorce” and finally overcome.  Accompanying the book is a copy of Jenni Schaefer’s single, “Life Without Ed.”  Both items are signed by Jenni Schaefer.
