A Chef by trade, Peter Shelsky created Pete's Eats as a way to share his love of food. In Peter's own words, "Food, to me, was always more than just a necessity for survival. As much as I love to cook and to eat, I love to talk about food".

We have over 20 different courses to choose from in addition to monthly, seasonal special course offerings. We arrive at your home with all of the ingredients, sharp knives, pots, pans, graters, and other equipment. All you need is a little cleared off counter space, a stove top, and an oven, and we take care of the rest. Each participant will receive a bound journal with all the recipes from that specific lesson, in addition to a couple of additional recipes that pertain to whatever that lesson's subject matter may be.
