Tracy graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut in 1985 with a BFA in painting. Tracy has worked as a graphic artist at the Norwich Bulletin for 12 years, and was the editorial cartoonist at the paper for four years. She now works at Miranda Creative, an advertising and marketing firm in Norwich, CT.
For two years after 9/11 she created special prints of her paintings and mailed them out to leaders and politicians all over the world asking for peace and dialogue.
