The award winning B-17G Yankee Lady is the finest example of this type of aircraft still flying in the world today. The Boeing B-17, nicknamed the "Flying Fortress", was a long range heavy bomber that was given the task of destroying enemy war facilities through precision strategic bombardment. Take a step back in history as you learn more about this magnificent aircraft or better yet, experience it by taking a flight.
This package for one flight, for one person, will take approximately an hour from startup to shutdown. You will fly a course along the Detroit River from Grosse Isle to the Renaissance Center and back - an experience you will not soon forget!
