Description

Own a piece of Needham History.  During the 1961 expansion of the library, wooden screens were commissioned as window coverings for the Community Room.  Two of these screens, the Cornstalk and the Peacock, are now available.  Each has been refinished and placed in a frame to allow it to be used as a summer fireplace screen.  The size is 36 3/8" wide x 27 3/4" tall.  Don't miss this chance to own a piece of Needham history.

The provenance of the screens describing the commission for the 1961 library and the execution of the commission is available upon request.
