Description

At one time, there were many windmaills on the Isle of Mykonos in Greece, and they were used to grind grains.  There are far fewer now, but you'll still find them.  Many of the remaining ones are non-functional.  The original windmills are pictured, as well as the model.

Hand crafted by Roger Dearborn of Springvale, ME, this windmill stands 14" tall on a wooden base.  It is signed by the artist on the base.  The roof is thatch and sails will spin.  This is truly a beautiful piece of art!
