Two people will enjoy a private cooking class at the exclusive White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport. The White Barn Inn is a Relais Gourmand and a Mobil 5-Star and AAA Five Diamond award-winning restaurant. 

The Extras included in this package includes a welcome greeting and tour of the inn, customized White Barn Inn apron and inscribed copy of "The White Barn Inn Cookbook: Four Seasons at The Celebrated American Inn."

Chef Jonathan Cartwright, the renowned chef at The White Barn Inn who is celebrating his 14th anniversary, will provide a tour of his kitchen and an introduction to his staff. Your morning ends with an explanation of the menu, introduction to the Garde Manger and preparation of appetizers. Following a luncheon with staff, you will get down to business of meat butchery and sauces, vegetable preparation and blanching, and preparation of the vegetable station and Garde Manger station for the evening service. Your class ends with the plating of the evening's Amuse Bouche, presentation of hot and cold appetizers, and organization of the Patisserie Pass.

Finally, you will be feted with a champagne toast for a job well done.
