Description
This traditional dinner party (or lunch) is meant to be a very low key and uniquely fun affair! As your caterers we will prepare the boil onsite, serve and clean up! We will supply the food, the music and the beer...all critical ingredients in making your Boil roll! You simply find 16 hungry friends who are willing to eat with their hands, supply the venue and we'll bring the party to you. Good for any weekend day/night that is mutually agreed upon by the Boil Krewe and host. Ideal timing of the boil is March through June (for crawfish) or through September (for shrimp).
