Description
Come join SunRidge mom and personal trainer, Kyle Rudderow for an hour of outdoor, group exercise at the Super Playground in Sebastopol.
The class focuses on overall body toning, core strengthening, cardio conditioning and balance. This is a fun, supportive group of women. You will definitely see results with regular attendance! We meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. and Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. Please bring a yoga mat and a pair of 3 lb. dumbbells. Laughter encouraged!

At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
