The winner will be responsible for payment of $12.50 per day utilities charge, a $25 spa fee and a cleaning fee of not more than $300 upon departure. The final total amount for cleaning fee is based on the actual number of persons using the home. This fee is payable directly to the property management company.
Shell Seeker is an extremely popular vacation rental, and we suggest planning way ahead to secure your desired dates. The 3 nights need to be used consecutively and there is no refund for lesser number of nights used. However, if you wish to plan for a longer stay, subject to availability, regular nightly rates will apply and a courtesy 10% discount will be accorded. This prize is not eligible for holiday weekends and from June 1st through September 8, 2009.

Certificate is available for pick up in Sebastopol or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
