This self-heating technology is created from a real, hand-selected Tiger Clam shell, which is molded and bonded to be used as a massage tool. The shells are heated without the use of electricity by combining all-natural ingredients, such as kelp and Dead Sea salt, with the lava activator pouch. This process helps set off a mineral reaction, which generates a heat that can reach 120 degrees to 125 degrees and lasts for approximately one hour.
