Cranial Sacral is a subtle and deep form of body work. This one-hour session will include a postural analysis and a hands-on session that will bring your body, mind and spirit into alignment. Excellent for those who would like to feel better in their body.
Darcy Elman is a certified Alexander Teacher practicing in the Bay Area for nineteen years. She graduated from the Alexander Training Institute of San Francisco in 1988. She is an expert in movement education, and posture and brings a deep commitment to the somatic process to her work. Darcy is Certified in Visionary Cranio Sacral Therapist.

Certificate is available for pick up in Sebastopol or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
