Description
A 1 hour Pilates session including postural assessment and basic core exercises offered by Mercy Sidbury at BodyWise Pilates Studio, a small Sebastopol based studio specializing in rehabilitation and movement education. Mercy Sidbury has been teaching Pilates for over 20 years and worked for 12 years at St. Francis Hospital in San Francisco where she integrated Pilates into rehabilitation programs.

Certificate is available for pick up in Sebastopol or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
