Here are the stipulations that are printed on the voucher:

Redeem this voucher at the Coliseum Box Office for a game ticket. Subject to availability. For more information visit oaklandathletics.com/voucher

• Voucher must be exchanged at the Coliseum Box Office for game tickets

• Box Office is open Mon-Fri 10-6 and Sat 10-4

• Voucher cannot be exchanged for the following game: Opening Night, San Francisco Giants Series, New York Yankee Series, Boston Red Sox Series, Los Angeles Dodgers Series, Chicago Cubs Series, or any Fireworks games

• Not valid for games in September or October

• Game tickets subject to availability, voucher does not guarantee a seat to the game

• Not valid for any games that are on announced Sell Out

• Plaza Level, Plaza Outfield or Plaza Reserved vouchers can be upgraded to a seat in the Lower Box of Field Level for $10 per voucher

• Voucher can be downgraded

• Voucher cannot be redeemed if lost. Photocopies cannot be accepted.

• It is the responsibility of the voucher recipient to redeem the voucher in a timely manner and retain the game ticket for use

• The Oakland A's reserve the right to change or add to any of the above stipulations

• No bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8", hard coolers, cans, glass containers, open containers or alcohol are allowed in the stadium
