4 hour Green Building consultation with Licensed Contractor and LEED AP Eric Kindseth Builders. Consultation will cover all aspects of a successful residential or commercial new project or renovation. Topics to be covered:

- Site survey
- Design solutions- natural building materials, low resource framing, living roof options
- Energy Efficiency goals and implementation
- Alternative energy sources- solar hot water, earth source radiant cooling and heating, photovoltaics, wind

A certificate with contact information will be provided to the winning bidder. This will be available in Sebastopol for pick up, or can be mailed at the winner's expense.
