Yucatan Tamales at the Farmer's Markets
Our authentic Yucatan Tamales are steamed in banana leaves, and are based on original recipes passed down from generations of Chef Granados' family on Oxkutzcab, the bread basket of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. These tamales are produced with all-natural and organic Sonoma County ingredients include Rosie Organic Chicken, local suckling pig, CK lamb, Bodega Bay Goat Cheese and seasonal local vegetables at their peak flavor and freshness.
Agua Frescas
These organic and refreshing drinks are seasonally available at the Yucatan Tamales Booth. Some of our favorites have combined strawberries from Love's Farm with Dragonfly Floral's rose petals, or Gayle Sullivan's Dry Creek Peaches with Armenian cucumber, and Tierra Vegetables Watermelon with fresh mint and lime from White Crane Springs Ranch.
