Have you ever wanted to learn how to can all that wonderful food you grow each summer?  Now is your chance to learn how first hand, and have a lot of fun at the same time.

You and 2 friends will spend a day in the late summer or early fall (in order to get the fresh fruit) canning with Leslie Washington.  Learn about technique and supplies.  Ask all the questions you want.  And best of all, bring home 3 jars of apple sauce and 3 jars of blackberry jelly each!  Next year you'll be inspired to grow even more fruits and vegetables, and then can them yourself.
