Our philosophy is simple: don't stress.
To keep stress on the family and student to a minimum we:
• Provide knowledge of the exam
•Offer private tutoring for the language and math sections as well as the essay
•Offer many full-length simulated tests on weekends to practice skills and ease tension on the actual test day.
The test will be held at one of our homes in Culver City or Brentwood. We recommend taking the practice test
as many times as possible. Each time will ease nervous tension and help students "own" the test.
Remember: Practice makes perfect!
On the day of the test, eat a healthy breakfast, bring 3 pencils, an eraser and 2 pens, and arrive on time.
The test lasts about 3 hours. The cost of each practice is $200 which includes snacks, supplies and grading.

Special Instructions
Thai has worked with children of all ages for the past 15 years. She has seven years of teaching experience in public schools in Oakland, Berkeley and Los Angeles. Besides teaching and assisting in general education classrooms, she has taught students with various educational needs including learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder as well has highly gifted students. Thai has also taught English as a second language abroad and has tutored every grade from Kindergarten through twelfth grade. Thai received a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Berkeley, a Masters in Public Policy with an emphasis in education from UCLA and a teaching credential from California State University, Los Angeles. Originally from Culver City, Thai now lives in Mar Vista with her husband David, their daughter Mina Loy and their dog, Stewart.
