Begins with comprehensive bicycle maintenance lesson. Lesson will be conducted at winning bidder’s house or trailhead. I will provide all tools and lubricants.

How to change and install tires
How to keep bike lubricated
How to spot trouble spots
How to adjust/change drive-train
What all  riders should carry on every trail ride
Pre- and Post ride nutrition
General first aid (roadrash) info

Then on to a guided ride in the Sullivan Canyon/Westridge trail system above Pacific Palisades, 2-3 hours.
