Our state-of-art, private studio provides the setting for an intense workout that gets results with only one 30-minute session per week.
• Personalized Training
Certified SuperSlow instructors provide one-on-one personal strength training on medically designed equipment. Each once a week session is an intense 30-minute workout that can result in a 50% greater increase in strength verses traditional strength training.
• Only 30 minutes, just once a week.
A quick workout does not mean an easy workout. SupersSlow training does not take a lot of time but it does require a lot of effort. Because of the intensity of the workout, only weekly sessions are scheduled in order to give the fatigued muscle fibers time to grow back together and get stronger during the recovery period. The combination of the intense, slow movement workout to muscle failure and the recovery period, allow the body to make adaptive changes and achieve maximum benefit.
