Artist Louise Minks of Shelburne Falls, in Western Massachusetts, creates acrylic screen prints using a technique different from standard silkscreen printing. Each of her prints is a monotype - an original, one-of-a-kind piece. And flowers are one of her favorite subjects. But don’t type-cast Louise: She also paints in Africa and South America, and has even created images of junk cars and trucks!
