'Tis very nearly the season, and this inspired piece by Pasqualina Rivelli captures the look of Old Saint Nick in Victorian times. Santa is here, along with toys that warmed the hearts of little ones in that bygone, but unforgotten, age. Early on, Pasqualina won a scholarship to Rhode Island School of Design and she has never put her brush down since! With advanced degrees from RISD and other schools, her professional artistic affiliations include the Providence Art Club; the Rhode Island Watercolor Society; and the Wickford, East Greenwich, South County and Conimicut Art Associations.
