This print shows aviation hero Charles Lindbergh as a civilian flying an officially-unauthorized mission with the 475th Fighter Group in the Pacific in WW II.  After the war, The "Lone Eagle" was awarded a medal for his service. He's piloting the second Lockheed P-38 Lightning from the left.

This signed and numbered lithograph measures 21 1/2"H x 28 1/2"W. It's #233 out of 1,000.


SPECIAL NOTE: This print is also autographed by Arthur Lasker, a Bristol, RI resident who was a P-38 pilot with the 8th Fighter Group in the Pacific. Arthur flew his last mission four days before Japan surrendered, ending WW II. He was awarded the Air medal and three Battle Stars.
