This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to train as Michael Mina's Sous Chef in the kitchen in his widely acclaimed restaurant in San Francisco, MICHAEL MINA!  Two lucky individuals will join Michael while the restaurant is not operating, to learn to prepare a collaborated menu of up to five courses.  After this crash course in Culinary Artistry, the duo with then have the opportunity to spend an evening with Michael and up to eight very fortunate guests, impressing their friends with their newly acquired skills and honed techniques while preparing the exquisite practiced menu.  So grab your apron and toque and get ready for an unforgettable culinary adventure!
