This may be used to photograph a building that you have designed, built, live-in, are trying to sell, etc. Buyer has full use of the images for their needs, but the photographer retains ownership of the images. Working with regional magazines such as Downeast, Builder/ Architect Maine, Maine Home + Design and national magazines New Old House, Fine Home Building, Old House Interiors, and book publishers like Creative HomeOwner, Creative Publishing International, Taunton, and Sunset, Caverly works hard to see that your work gets published. Caverly, a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, has been working in architectural photography for over ten years. Much of that time was spent under the tutelage of Brian Vanden Brink, one of the best photographers of residential architecture in the Northeast today. Caverly has developed a similar style of lighting that relies heavily on natural light, with a little fill for the shadows. This gives the images a pleasing want to be there feel.

Caverly still works with a 4x5 view camera and film. This is a labor intensive process that yields beautiful, perspective corrected images that can be scanned at any size you desire. Beautiful, high quality images without the limitations of digital.

Caverly lives in Union, Maine with his wife Angela ( of 12 years) And their 3 young children Carl, Levi, and Helen. Caverly is active in a church ministry. He is also working to convert a 1968 chicken barn into his home (some photographs of his home are on his web site.)
