Viktor Schreckengost's art reflected his deep love of his city.


This fabulous original lithograph, created from a run of 110 for the 1980 Cleveland International Printing Calendar, was signed by the artist at the time of production.


Measuring 26" x 31" in the frame, Shaker Square is one of Cleveland's most beloved places and still relatively much as it was when it was developed in the early part of the 20th Century.


Beautifully framed by the Wood Trader of Cleveland Heights with archival mat and Tru-Vue Conservaton Glass to protect it from ultraviolet light, this print will make an exceptional addition to your home.


A national treasure and Cleveland hero, Cleveland Heghts resdent Viktor Schreckengost (1906-2008) was internationally known for his body of industrial design and artistic paintings and watercolors, having created designs of mid-century Murray pedal cars and bicycles, Salem china, to the first cab-over-engine truck, among many, many others. 


Feted by the Cleveland Museum of Art in 2000 with a one man show, Viktor's centennial year was celebrated nationally with over 100 exhibitions of his work in 2006. Mr. Schreckengost received the National Medal of the Arts in 2006.
