Founded in 1931, the Bel Canto Chorus of Milwaukee is southeastern Wisconsin's oldest continuously performing arts organization.  Bel Canto is approximately 100 voices strong.  The Chorus draws its singers from communities throughout southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois and performs in a 4-concert subscription series.

In addition to its season performances, Bel Canto is committed to serving choral music through outreach to, education of, and collaboration with students, educators, and other performing arts groups in the community, as well as through the advocacy of new music and emerging artists.
