A limited number of this 100th Anniversary Harley-Davidson pin and rocker set were produced to commemorate event and the partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The round pin features the 100th Anniversary logo coupled with the MDA logo.

Rockers from the 100th Anniversary Open Road Tour stops are included from Atlanta 2002, Baltimore 2002, Los Angeles 2002, Toronto 2002, Dallas 2002, Sydney 2003, Tokyo 2003, Barcelona 2003, Hamburg 2003 and Milwaukee 2003.
